Ottawa's cluster level institutions recently met with the a member of the International Teaching Centre and both of Canada's Counsellors in discussing the upcomnig 5 Year Plan and Ottawa's Intensive Programme of Growth.
This was from the first part of the meeting, from 4:30 - 9:00pm with the Cluster Institutions. For the entire time we were spellbound by the Counsellor who explained, ever so encouragingly, the vision for the next few years.
